Customer Relations Manager
This position is responsible for providing the highest possible telephone support to customers. Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal skills, be quick thinking, and have a can-do attitude. Must be positive, be a team player, and be able to work within a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- General knowledge of company concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and how to navigate the Internet is requried.
- Effective communication skills and positive customer relations skills are required.
- Dependable and open to change.
- Learning to diffuse a client's anger over the phone.
- Performs general tasks as assigned.
- Good organizational skills and ability to process through all To-Do's.
- Candidate will need to agree to a background check.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Duties include answering and initiating telephone call inquiries, promoting and selling the organization's products and services.
- Responsible for researching and resolving general complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve general problems and discrepancies. Document and follow-up on all issues.
- Supervision is typically necessary - typically reports to a manager.
- Manages activities related to agent adds, changes, terminations, crediting, up-selling and overall profitability of account.
- May route some issues to other team members.
- Contact customers to collect past due amounts or make payment arrangements.
- Keep customer service records, noting customer feedback and advising managers of trends and customer issues that need special attention.
- Other Duties as assigned.
