InsureMe Earns Top Spot
DENVER - June 23, 2008 - InsureMe, an Englewood-based insurance lead generator, was selected today as one of the nation's top 25 places to work.
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Great Place to Work® Institute (GPTW) announced the results of their annual rating of the "50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America."
InsureMe, a Bankrate company, was also selected in 2006 and 2007, achieving an impressive second place position in 2007. The Denver area had two other companies making the list: the Integer Group and McWhinney Real Estate Services.
"Of course, recognition of this sort is extremely rewarding," said Tim McTavish, InsureMe CEO and founder. "Nothing makes me happier than knowing our employees report a high level of trust and satisfaction with their employment at InsureMe."
With this award, SHRM salutes the top U.S. companies that are utilizing smart management strategies to develop highly productive, satisfied workforces. Employees provide responses to a detailed questionnaire about workplace culture; the Great Place to Work® Institute analyzes those replies and other employment factors, and then creates the ranking.
"The continued recognition for InsureMe's employment practices is heartwarming," reported Robin Paquette, InsureMe chief operating officer. "It is our desire that working at InsureMe is rewarding both financially and emotionally. We also hope the happiness the employees feel at work spreads to others in the community."
